* கந்தர்வர்கள் இசை நாட்டியத்தில் வல்லுனர்கள். கோவில் சிற்பங்கள் ஓவியங்களிலும் புராண இதிஹாசங்களிலும் பேசப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.  தேவலோகத்திற்கும் பூலோகத்திற்கும் இடைப்பட்ட லோகங்களில் வசிப்பவர்கள்.  இயற்கை எழில் கொஞ்சுமிடங்கள், பூக்கள், நறுமணம் வீசும் சுத்தமான இடங்களில் கந்தர்வர்கள் விஜயம் செய்வதாக நம்பிக்கை உண்டு.

கர்ப = கர்பம் - கரு உருவாகி கர்பம் திரித்தல்

#637 = விஷ்வ கர்பா = பிரபஞ்சத்தை தனது கருவில் சுமந்தவள் . அகில லோகங்களுக்கும் அன்னை.
